What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a space for healing, self-discovery, and growth. It is a place where you can explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful change in your life in a confidential environment. Psychotherapy is evidence-based, blending proven techniques with compassion and creativity to support your unique journey toward meaningful change.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is Person-Centered and Humanistic, which means that we work together to create the direction of your therapy journey. It is important to me to be a resource on your journey, I do this by integrating various approaches including Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused psychotherapy. Therapy can be scary to start for a variety of reasons, but in working together, I want you to feel heard and respected. We will work collaboratively to create a space of self-reflection and curiosity - during our sessions, there is room to explore.
